Greg Dell has been promoted to chief operating officer of Conway Corp., where he has worked since 1985. Dell was previously manager of engineering and planning. He succeeds Tommy Shackelford, who retired this month after four decades with the corporation, the last 12 as COO.
Jim Haley has joined Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Little Rock as the manager of customer service applications.
He is responsible for developing and supporting e-Business Enterprise Systems, e-Business Consumer Systems and Customer Touchpoint Applications. He has more than 25 years of IT experience and formerly served as an IT manager for the Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace.
Justin Swinford has been hired as a senior engineer by Mainstream Technologies in Little Rock. His 16 years of experience in the IT sector include 12 years with American Data Network.
