Nathan Ball, Jake Ballard and Travis Lauer have been promoted to journeyman linemen at Conway Corp.’s electric department after successfully completing a four-year apprentice program through the Missouri Public Utility Alliance.

Jack Tompkins has joined TeleComp of Little Rock as business development manager.

He was previously vice president of information technology for Vacation Tour & Travel.
