This week’s installment of million-dollar real estate transactions kicks off in Conway and exits the field of play in west Little Rock.

► 1475 Partners LLC, an affiliate of New York’s Watson Realty Associates, bought the 499,200-SF Kimberly-Clark facility at 1475 William J. Clark Drive in Conway^* for $10.5 million.

Seller: VCH Inc. of Green Bay, Wisconsin.

► Joey and Leslie Wiggins sold their 6,662-SF home in west Little Rock’s Chenal Downs neighborhood for nearly $1.7 million.

Buyers? Michael and Carla Hilburn.

► 22677 LLC, led by Matt Enderlin, purchased a 3.66-acre commercial property in Bryant for $1.5 million.

The land at the southeast corner of Interstate 30 Frontage Road and Bishop Drive is home to a 5,000-SF service repair garage, a 2,100-SF warehouse and a 1,200-SF office building.

► Carolyn Kirkpatrick sold her 5,180-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hickory Creek neighborhood for $1.3 million to Steve and Sandra Landers.

► First Service Bank of Greenbrier acquired its 5,842-SF branch at 700 Hardin Road in west Little Rock for $1.2 million from Anchor Realty Investments LLC, led by David Bubbus.
