ARC KU Conway AR LLC of Charlotte, North Carolina, bought the Kum & Go project at 4095 Prince St. from KG Store 159 LLC, an affiliate of the Kum & Go chain based in West Des Moines, Iowa.
In the rural, southern environs of Conway, nearly 200 acres at the south end of Persimmon Drive attracted a $1.3 million sale.
Buyers: Pintail Investments of Conway LLC, led by Bryan Ward, and United Motor Co., led by Hal Crafton. Seller: Hartland Development Properties LLC, led by Mitchell Hart and Scott Fletcher.
A 9,288-SF Dollar General store at 379 Hwy. 65 was acquired for $1.28 million by Exchange Right Real Estate LLC of Pasadena, California.
The project was sold by DG Conway AR LLC of Carrollton, Mississippi.
