Huggies Wipes Wins 2025 ‘Coolest Thing Made in Arkansas’ Competition

1 min read

Voters have selected Huggies Wipes, which are manufactured in Maumelle by Kimberly-Clark Corp., as the winner of the 2025 “Coolest Thing Made in Arkansas” contest.

The best-selling brand was chosen from a field of 16 products made by companies across the state.

The other products that advanced to the final round of voting were Comfort Isle restroom units, made in DeQueen; Baldor-Reliance SP4 NEMA Super Premium motors, made by ABB in Fort Smith; and Cinnamon Roll Granola, made by Aunt Susie’s Granola in Siloam Springs.

Huggies wipes are developed with a proprietary technology conform base sheet and combined with a 99% water solution mix. The wipes are produced exclusively in Maumelle, then packaged and sent to customers throughout the U.S. and Canada. Kimberly-Clark said it makes enough baby wipes in a year to stretch around the earth 83 times.

The product was featured at the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce annual meeting on Tuesday.

Last year’s winner was Aircare of Little Rock’s Pedestal Humidifier. In 2023, the winner was Domtar Corp.’s fluff pulp, which is made at the company’s mill in Ashdown. Lockheed Martin’s High Mobility Artillery Rocket System, or HIMARS, which is made at the company’s defense facility in Camden, won the contest in 2022.

This year’s competition was presented by Entergy and sponsored by Arkansas Manufacturing Solutions and Keathley Patterson Little Rock.
