Erica Cooper has been promoted to assistant vice president, community development at FNBC Bank in Ash Flat.
Cooper has been with FNBC for eight years and has served in various roles, such as branch manager of the Melbourne office and community development coordinator.
She’s also been an important member of the bank’s Risk Department, supporting audit and bank security with the creation and execution of training and informational updates.
Jason Jennings has joined Crews & Associates in Searcy as a financial adviser. Jennings has four years of experience in the industry. He specializes in developing and implementing financial plans and wealth management strategy.
Cole Fiser, Cain Gunnett and Fred Moore have been hired as analysts at Crews & Associates in Little Rock.
Fiser will be an analyst for the sales and trading team. Fiser has 12 years of experience as an investment analyst, portfolio manager and trader at a long/short equity fund.
Gunnett will be an analyst for capital markets. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
Moore, an analyst for capital markets, joined Crews’ school advisory group, First Security Beardsley. Moore earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship from Philander Smith College.
