CC Station Buy Arrives at $3.2M (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 10,660-SF retail property in the Heights area of Little Rock tipped the scales at $3.2 million.

Country Club Station Realty Co., led by Leslye Flake Shellam, sold its namesake project at 5110 Kavanaugh Blvd. The buyer is CC Station LLC, led by Isaac Smith. The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $1.9 million from First Security Bank of Searcy.

The 0.48-acre development is home to Cobblestone & Vine home furnishings along with two restaurants: Scallions and Cheers in the Heights.

Ownership of the property was consolidated in two transactions with the J.D. Walthour Trust, $62,000 in September 1972; and Tom Worthen, $11,000 in October 1972.

Undeveloped Acreage

A 37.2-acre tract in west Little Rock weighed in at $2.8 million.

Mountain Brook LLC, led by Scott Hurley, John DeYmaz and Randy James, bought the land at the north end of Patrick County Road. The sellers are Pinewood Land Co. LLC and SJS Family LLC, both led by Phyllis Storthz and Samuel Storthz III.

The deal is funded with a three-year loan of $5.6 million from First Security Bank. The Storthz family gained ownership of the property through an April 1969 swap of unrecorded value with Johnson Land Co., led by Glenn Johnson Jr.

Multifamily Purchase

Apartments in downtown Little Rock changed hands in a $1.85 million deal.

BCG Holdings LLC, led by Owen Smith and Kitta Sourinphoumy, acquired the eight-unit Olsen Apartments at 218 W. 13 St. and the six-unit Melmore Apartments at 511 Rock St.  The seller is Saxion Enterprises LLC, led by Zachary Saxion.

The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $1.5 million from Partners Bank of Helena-West Helena.

Saxion Enterprises bought the 0.16-acre developments in July 2022 as part of a $1.6 million deal with Melmore Apartments LLC and Olsen Apartments LLC, all led by Lon and Lynn Akerberg, Patsie Johnson and Larry Olsen.

Recreational Buy

An RV park in northwest Pulaski County drew a $1.1 million transaction.

Trails End RV Park Inc., led by Evelyn Phelps, sold its namesake project at 14223 Stricklin Cove to Shelina Mandalia.

Evelyn and David Phelps provided a $450,000 mortgage to finance the deal.

The Phelps family acquired the 8.93-acre project for $225,000 in December 1998 from Michael and Joy Stricklin.

Sherwood Commercial

A 3.37-acre commercial site in Sherwood rang up a $550,000 sale.

Nasrah Capital Investment Inc., led by Nadia Abunasrah, bought the parcel at the east end of Kamis Alley Drive from Alley Children Investments LLC, led by Sam Alley.Kamis and Naimeh Alley purchased the land in December 1980 as part of a $250,000 deal with Renee Faulkner.

Accadia Court

A 4,321-SF home in west Little Rock’s Accadia Court neighborhood tipped the scales at $1 million.

Hans Wright acquired the house from L&D Investment Properties LLC, led by Laboya Walker.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $750,000 from Freedom Mortgage Corp. of Boca Raton, Florida.

L&D Investment bought the 0.68-acre site for $79,500 in July 2023 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC.

Mountain Crest Estates

A 3,604-SF home in northwest Pulaski County’s Mountain Crest Estates neighborhood sold for $940,000.

The Roberts Family Trust, led by Barbara and Terry Roberts, purchased the house from the Johnston Joint Revocable Trust, led by Dennis and Susan Johnston.

The Johnstons acquired the 0.53-acre site for $115,000 in July 2015 from Mountain Crest LLC, led by Bobby Osborne.

Shannon Hills

A 3,422-SF home in Little Rock’s Shannon Hills East neighborhood changed hands in a $775,000 deal.

The Layton Walton Prochazka Trust bought the house from the Bohm Family Trust, led by Tomas and Megan Bohm.

The Bohms purchased the residence for $375,000 in May 2014 from Jeff and Sheila McNeil.

Rural Residence

A 2,872-SF home near west Pulaski County’s Ferndale community is under new ownership after a $699,000 deal.

Robert and Dorothy Matthews acquired the house from Charles and Michele Beale.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $559,200 from University Federal Credit Union of Austin, Texas.

The Beales bought the 5.42-acre residential spread for $275,000 in January 2007 from Gary and Deborah Dollar.

Damgoode Buy

Blitz Investments X LLC of Fort Mill, South Carolina, paid Pies in the Sky LLC, led by Wes Martin and John Hathaway, $1.15 million for the 2,990-SF former Damgoode Pies pizzeria at 6706 Cantrell Road in Little Rock.

Pies in the Sky purchased the 0.78-acre development for $510,000 in January 2019 from Damgoode Properties LLC, led by Jeffrey Trine.
