► PBC Properties LLC of Denver and The Mustard Seed LLC of Castle Rock, Colorado, bought the 69,412-SF County Line Business Center at 11419-11421 Stagecoach Road in Little Rock for more than $3.6 million.

Seller: HJJB Stagecoach LLC, led by Carol Hodges.

► W. Baseline Associates LLC of New York sold the 13,372-SF Walgreens at 5917 Baseline Road in southwest Little Rock for more than $2.2 million.

Buyer? Black Water Meadows LLC, led by the Jeffrey A. Morris Property Trust of Menlo Park, California.

► Andrew and Jenny Faulkner purchased a 5,920-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock for $2 million from the Brown Unified Credit Trust, led by Mary Patricia Brown.

► Diane Tracy sold her 5,110-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood to Nola Gamewell for more than $1.3 million.

► LMK Properties LLC, led by Vijay and Grace Raja, acquired a nearly 40.3-acre tract in west Little Rock’s Belle Pointe neighborhood for more than $1.2 million.
