Financial LRock Blossom LLC of Solon, Ohio, purchased the Courtyard by Marriott at 10900 Financial Centre Parkway from Skyline CM Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Toronto’s Skyline Investments.
The deal is backed with a $9.2 million funding agreement with Access Point Financial LLC of Atlanta.
Skyline acquired the 4.2-acre development for $7.3 million in November 2017 from C2 Land Ltd. and CBM Two Hotels Ltd., affiliates of Clarion Partners in Dallas.

The deal is financed with a 10-year loan of $1.8 million from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.
The 0.96-acre development was purchased for $644,000 in August 1998 from CJC Enterprises, led by Benson and Knight Cashion.
Cross Street Buy
A 15,850-SF commercial building in downtown Little Rock changed hands in a $950,000 deal.
TFI LLC, led by Chris Fowler and Jamie King, acquired the 323 S. Cross St. project.
The seller is Dempsey Real Estate Ltd., led by Paula Dempsey.
The deal is funded with a 20-year loan of $807,500 from First National Bank of Paragould. Paula Dempsey bought the 0.63-acre development for $250,000 in August 1996 from GBG Ltd., led by Marvin Graham.
Jacksonville Sale
A 5,400-SF office-warehouse project in Jacksonville sold for $305,550.
Kim Property Holdings LLC of Savannah, Georgia, purchased the Schwan’s Sales property at 2814 John Harden Drive from Cygnus Properties LLC of Marshall, Minnesota.
The 1.18-acre location was acquired for $45,000 in October 1989 from Harold and Mary Keathley.
