A 15,721-SF auto dealership in west Little Rock weighed in at $4.4 million.

Riverside Properties LLC, led by Lisenne Rockefeller, purchased the Cowboy Mitsubishi project at 15 Col. Glenn Plaza Drive. The seller is Glenn Ridge Crossings II LLC, led by Steve Landers.

The 2.93-acre development was acquired for $4.4 million in July 2017 from Everett Infiniti Land Co. LLC, led by Chad Hendrix.

Dollar Investment

A 9,425-SF Dollar General in west Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.5 million.

Little Rock’s Robert J. Zeiler Real Estate LLC bought the 18406 Col. Glenn Road project from PB General Holdings (Little Rock Marsh) LLC, led by Leonard Boen.

The 2.3-acre location was purchased for $218,000 in June 2020 from the Norma J. James Living Trust.

Riverside Purchase

A 0.76-acre commercial site in the Riverdale area of Little Rock rang up a $775,000 sale.

Riverside Properties acquired the land adjoining the north side of the former Riverside Motors location at 1505 Rebsamen Park Road.

The seller is E.H.T. Real Estate LLC, led by Li Zhang and Qianqian Liu.

The property was bought for $725,000 in May 2019 from Off the Front LLC, an affiliate of the HIA Velo high-end biking venture.

Brook Hollow Buy

A 3,128-SF dental office in Jacksonville changed hands in a $400,000 deal.

Brook Hollow Apartments of Texarkana LLC, led by Tony Asbille, purchased the Rock Family Dental project at 1405 Braden St.

The seller is Cooper Property Management LLC, led by Jordan Cooper.

The deal is backed with a 10-year loan of $280,000 from State Bank of DeKalb in Texas.

The 0.8-acre development was acquired for $310,000 in August 2008 from Advanced Women’s Care PLLC, led by Dr. Jesse Kane.

Office-Warehouse Sale

A 3,627-SF office-warehouse in downtown Little Rock sold for $210,000.

EES & JMS Properties LLC, led by David Boerner, bought the 2614 W. Seventh St. project.

The seller is Xtreme Construction LLC, led by Kimberly Carroll.

The deal is funded with a three-year loan of $230,000 from Arkansas Federal Credit Union of Jacksonville.

The 0.48-acre development was purchased for $175,000 in February 2007 from Lighthouse Partners LLC, led by John McCormack.

Wash Transaction

A car wash in Little Rock drew a $192,500 transaction EDW Holdings LLC, led by Larry Evans, Brian Dumont and Billy Williams, acquired the Auto Wash project at 10806 Stagecoach Road. The seller is Lock & Load LLC, led by Clint Wilson and David Dill.

Lock & Load bought the 0.88-acre location as part of a two-property deal totaling $472,000. The sellers were Robert Martin, $340,000 in January 2004; and the heirs of Frank and Doris Allen, $132,000 in March 2004.

Hickory Hills

A 4,968-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hickory Hills neighborhood weighed in at $1.1 million.

Peter and Elizabeth Kim purchased the 2.62-acre property from Marcia Watkins and Circular Properties LLC, owned by the Testamentary Trust of Richard Taylor Watkins.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $880,000 from Riverside Mortgage Co. of Little Rock.

The property was assembled in two buys from James and Kathleen Atkins, $68,000 in September 1983; and Henrietta Williams, $375,000 in May 2007.

Deauville Place

A 5,152-SF home in west Little Rock’s Deauville Place neighborhood is under new ownership after a $749,000 deal.

Sarah Jenkins bought the house from Linda Crawford.

The property was purchased in September 2008 for $195,000 from Seven Gables Construction Co. of Central Arkansas LLC, led by Denise Rowland.

Sezanne Court

A 3,200-SF home in west Little Rock’s Sezanne Court neighborhood rang up a $640,000 sale. Jane and Michael Cottrell acquired the house from the Richard Tripodi & Jane McKinney Family Trust.

The residence was bought in August 2019 for $545,000 from Harry and Rhonda Dunavant.

Kingwood Place

A 4,665-SF home in Little Rock’s Kingwood Place neighborhood changed hands in a $630,000 deal.

Eric and Megan Butler purchased the house from Jeffrey and Betty Graham. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $504,000 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.

The Grahams acquired the residence for $200,000 in March 1992 from Larry and Jan Alman.

River Club

A 3,650-SF home in the River Club neighborhood of west Pulaski County sold for $605,000.

Sarah Werley bought the house from the Maria E. Malham Living Trust. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $548,250 from Everett Financial Inc. of Dallas.

The 4.27-acre location was purchased for $100,000 in March 2001 from Cedar Hill Corp., led by Nolan Rushing.

Rural Residence

A 3,205-SF home in north Pulaski County drew a $589,000 transaction.

Rene Bonnema acquired the 16.7-acre spread from Gregory Gladden II and his wife, Lauren Cormier. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $471,200 from Bank of Little Rock Mortgage Corp.

The land was bought in January 2018 as part of a $187,390 deal with John and Mary Hearnes.

Pleasant Valley

A 3,296-SF home in west Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood is under new ownership after a $506,000 deal.

Andrew and Anna Allbritton purchased the house from Ryan and Jennifer Elledge. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $455,400 from Generations Bank of Rogers.

The Elledges acquired the property for $300,000 in January 2018 from Jonathan and Sara Holliday.
