Crafton Tull Has Plans for Pine Bluff

The Pine Bluff Aquatic Center opened in June 2019 and had a construction value of $11.2 million.

You might have seen last week’s story about the millions of dollars worth of projects going on in Pine Bluff.

But did you know that Crafton Tull planners and a team of consultants are working with the city of Pine Bluff and Go Forward Pine Bluff on their city-wide comprehensive master plan?

Go Forward Pine Bluff’s goal is to revitalize the once-thriving city along the Arkansas River.

The master plan will establish a 20-year vision and provide action steps for changes in land use, transportation, redevelopment, neighborhoods, parks and economic development.

Crafton Tull, a civil engineering and architecture firm that has its headquarters in Rogers, also teamed up with the Nelson Architectural Group Inc. of Pine Bluff to work on the Pine Bluff Aquatic Center project that opened last year. The names of the architecture firms were left out of last week’s story.
