A North Little Rock warehouse provides our solo act for this week’s multimillion-dollar transaction.

Crain Investments Ltd., led by Larry Crain Sr., sold the 105,600-SF Ozark Automotive Distributors facility at 4350 Stockton Drive for $3.6 million.

Buyer: River Mountain Investments LLC, led by Phani Edala.
