► 63 Doors LLC of Saint James, New York, paid $3.6 million for the 63-unit Crestview Apartments complex at 200 Crestview St. in Jacksonville.
Seller: Gray Family Management Trust, led by Bart Gray Jr. and Thad Gray.
► Uday and Madhavi Akkaraju purchased a 7,779-SF residence in west Little Rock’s Glen Johnson Ranch neighborhood from Paulo and Teresa Ribeiro for more than $2.1 million.
► Relyance Bank of White Hall sold a 1,209-SF bank branch at 11000 Financial Centre Parkway in west Little Rock for $1.7 million to ETFCP LLC, led by Edward Bailey, James Harkins, Jared Coleman and Ryan Gibson.
► Andrew and Melissa Brighton bought a 3,508-SF condo on the 18th floor of the River Market Tower in downtown Little Rock from Clark and Janell Mason for $1.3 million.
► Professional Property Co. LLC, led by Sam Winstead, sold a nearly 7.3-acre site near the southwest corner of South Shackleford and Col. Glenn roads in west Little Rock for more than $1.1 million.
