Crews & Associates is moving from its home in the River Market District in downtown Little Rock to the new First Security Park complex off North Rodney Parham Road in west Little Rock.
About 140 Crews & Associates employees will be moving from the downtown office to the new location at 4007 N. Rodney Parham Road near the intersection with Cantrell Road. The Little Rock staff of First Security Bank’s banking, lending, trust and wealth management and corporate credit divisions will be relocating to the new site as well.
The plan is for the moves to be completed by mid- to late November, according to Scott Beardsley, the executive managing director of Crews & Associates.
In total, 200 employees will inhabit the spaces at First Security Park, which Beardsley said will centralize some operations for Crews & Associates and First Security Bank. The facility will also provide the infrastructure for a backup secondary data center to complement the primary data and operations center built recently at the bank’s Searcy headquarters.
First Security Bancorp, the parent company of Crews & Associates, will own three buildings on the site, and Crews will be a tenant in one of them. Uniti Group Inc. and Westrock will be tenants in two other buildings, while previous owner FIS retained and will continue to use one other building on the site.
