Lexicon Inc. has announced several new hires and promotions. Scott Bond has been hired as corporate controller. He previously was controller and chief financial officer at Metal-Weld Specialties Inc. Brock Breaux, previously financial director at Koch Specialty Plant Services, a global construction arm of Koch Industries, has been named vice president of finance for Lexicon’s Heritage Links division. Emily Keith, a former corporate analyst at Lexicon, has been promoted to director of analytics. Justin Lareau, formerly director of analytics at the company, has been promoted to vice president of analytics and IT. Robby Thompson has been promoted to controller of Lexicon’s Construction Group. He previously was division controller of the Construction Group. Ronda Young has been promoted to controller of Lexicon’s Fabrication Group. She previously was division controller of the company’s Prospect Steel division.

Mohammad Naseem has been hired as controls engineering manager at Hytrol Conveyor Co. of Jonesboro. He has 27 years of industrial experience.

Zac Hall has earned his class IV water distribution certification from the Arkansas Department of Health, the top level of achievement for licensed water distributors in the state. Hall is a water systems designer at Conway Corp.

Tom Wright has been promoted to vice president of power delivery at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corp. of Little Rock. He previously was director of transmission engineering and construction. He has more than 30 years of experience in the electric utility industry.
