CrossMar plans to build another office building on East Central Avenue adjacent to an existing office.
Marshall Saviers and Brian Shaw of Sage Partners are handling the pre-leasing for the building, which is expected to be 30,000 SF and two stories. Saviers said it will share a parking lot with the existing Central Building at 1602 Central, and construction is expected to begin soon with a planned opening date in May 2016.
Core Architects of Rogers has been chosen as the building’s architect.
