A super convenience store, apartments, an eatery and a home provide this week’s installment of million-dollar real estate deals.

► Spin Rock LLC, an affiliate of Fidelity Financial Corp. of Wichita, Kansas, purchased the 4,995-SF Kum & Go at 8801 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock for more than $3.4 million from BBR Oil IV LLC of Iowa City, Iowa.

► Parker Investments LLC, led by Ricky Parker, sold the 33-unit Cantrell Valley Apartments at 7201 Kentucky Ave. and the 52-unit Clearbrook Village Apartments at 619 and 719 Brookside Drive for more than $2.7 million.

Who bought the Little Rock apartments? Nectarine LLC of Redmond, Washington.

► Bad Brothers LLC, led by Blake Phillips, acquired the 2,456-SF Slim Chickens at 16105 Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock for $2.3 million.

Seller: Haag-Brown Development LLC, led by Greg Haag and Josh Brown.

► JMK Properties LLC, led by Jim Aukstuolis, sold 15 apartments at 4200, 4206 and 4210 Locust St. in North Little Rock, 16 units at 515 Brookside Drive in Little Rock and three houses at 3317 and 3321 W. Markham St. and 107 Martin St. in the Stifft Station area of Little Rock for $1.2 million.

Buyer: Roost Holdings LLC, led by James Ray, Matt Wiles, Kevin Haney and Ryan Elledge.

► Jeff Fuller Homes LLC bought a 4,551-SF home in Little Rock’s Country Club Heights neighborhood from Beverly B. Coleman and John Baird for more than $1.1 million.
