Curtis Chase has been promoted to director of operations at IFB Solutions Little Rock, formerly Arkansas Lighthouse for the Blind.
Chase has been with the company for 19 years, most recently serving as production manager.
In his new position, he will oversee a staff of 140, with 75% being blind or visually impaired, in all manufacturing functions at the Little Rock facility.
Crystal Mercer has been appointed executive director of Local First Arkansas in Little Rock.
Mercer has worked for the National Park Service and the Department of Arkansas Heritage.
She is currently completing her master’s in public service at the Clinton School of Public Service in Little Rock.
