Cushman & Wakefield Sage Partners Adds 4 Partners

Commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield Sage Partners of Rogers announced the addition of four new partners.

In a news release, the company said the new partners strengthen the firm’s capabilities and reinforce its position as an industry leader in Arkansas.

The new partners are:

  • Matt Mozzoni, managing director of brokerage in northwest Arkansas: joined the company in 2024. He specializes in tenant representation, working with numerous national Walmart vendors.
  • Ryan Gibson, managing director of brokerage in central Arkansas, began his commercial real estate career in 2015. He specializes in the office, industrial and medical sectors.
  • Mark Ellis, managing director of facility services/project management  in central Arkansas, joined the company in 2017 and leads asset services for more than 150 properties. He has more than 19 years of experience in the industry, spanning project management, account management and property operations, focusing on cost-saving engineering and client satisfaction.
  • Adam VanBecelaere, chief operating officer, joined the company in 2022, bringing extensive experience from Walmart U.S. Real Estate. His expertise includes commercial real estate portfolio management, development, process improvement, and systems implementation.
