Things have been busy in the HR office at Cushman & Wakefield Sage Partners, the commercial real estate firm with offices in Rogers and Little Rock.
Bailey Benson has been named a principal in the company, where she has worked for 13 years and closed more than $800 million in transactions in the past three years.
Sage Partners also has a new chief operating officer: Adam VanBecelaere. VanBecelaere came to the firm in 2022 after eight years in Walmart’s real estate division, ultimately as director of real estate and portfolio management.
Benson and VanBecelaere both work in the Rogers office.
These are on top of several other changes at Sage Partners, including changing the title of vice president to director and giving it to three employees: Ryan Gibson, managing director brokerage in central Arkansas, and Mark Ellis, managing director of facility and project management, both in the Little Rock office, and Matt Mozzoni, director brokerage in northwest Arkansas.
