Colby Hoagland and Rose Kline-Garson have joined Cushman & Wakefield/Sage Partners in Little Rock.
Hoagland has been hired as a licensed commercial real estate agent. He has previous experience in the commercial real estate industry working with Jones Lang-Lasalle in Denver and most recently with Cushman & Wakefield in Denver as a debt and equity financial analyst.
Kline-Garson joins as a brokerage/marketing assistant. She is a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business and has completed the licensing requirements to become a commercial real estate agent.
Bailey Cothran has been promoted to principal agent at Brightway The Davis Agency in Little Rock. Cothran has seven years of insurance experience and is a casualty licensed agent.
Cothran also is the owner of Diamond Eyes Photography in central Arkansas.
