1 min read

Damgoode Pies is coming to the River Market.

The Little Rock-based franchise, now working on its fourth location in the capital city, announced Monday morning it would be moving into the former Boscos spot at 500 President Clinton Ave. The restaurant is expected to open by Jan. 1.

Boscos Restaurant & Brewing Co. of Memphis announced the closure of its Little Rock location Sept. 29.

Among the features of the new River Market location, Jeff Trine, Damgoode’s owner, said guests could expect a slice bar, private party and meeting room, patio seating and a bar with mixed drinks and cold beer on tap.

According to Trine, Damgoode Pies will be using the brewery operations at the location, and hope to have a mix of a few of its own beers, in addition to local brews.

The brewery is expected open a short time after the restaurant.
