Damron, Jobe Join Arvest in Conway (Movers & Shakers)

Mike Damron and Andrea Jobe have been hired as mortgage lenders at Arvest Bank in Conway. Damron has experience in mortgage lending and as a branch services supervisor. Jobe has 17 years of experience in lending and previously worked for Bank OZK and Arkansas Federal Credit Union.


Amanda Cash, Curt Decker and Jamie Duncan have received promotions from Citizens Bank in Batesville. Cash and Decker have been promoted to universal banker, and Duncan has been promoted to relationship banker.


Abby Thompson, Jace Denker and Jacob Spradlin have joined the Arkansas State Bank Department as bank examiners.

Thompson previously was a credit analyst at Eagle Bank & Trust of Little Rock. She will work in the department’s Jonesboro office.

Denker was previously employed by First Security Bank in Searcy as a loan review associate.

Spradlin is a recent graduate of the University of Arkansas and has experience as a finance intern with Central National Bank in Waco, Texas.

Denker and Spradlin have joined the ASBD’s Little Rock office.


Randi Chambers, Eric Munson and Karen Walters have been appointed to the board of Economics Arkansas in Little Rock, and Mike Poore has been named president of the board. Chambers is employed at Hogan Taylor LLP, Munson is the commissioner of the Arkansas Securities Department, and Walters is superintendent of the Bryant School District. All new board members will serve a three-year term. Poore, superintendent of the Little Rock School District, will serve a one-year term.
