Katherine Daniels has been hired as the vice president of client solutions for Idestini in Bryant.
Daniels brings 25 years of business consulting experience acquired through her work in the sales and marketing industries in Arkansas.
Doug Billups has been hired as director of operations by Magna IV in Little Rock, along with Darrell Jamieson, estimator and planner; Brad Keating, account executive; and Crystal Pelton, customer service representative.
The company also recently promoted Autumn Williams, its long-time accounting assistant, to controller.
The company now employs more than 70 people.
