Dave Wilgus became CEO of HFA of Bentonville last month, succeeding Harrison French, who will be chairman of the board.
Wilgus has been principal and vice president of the 230-employee architecture firm.
Ryan Ray, a principal and vice president of engineering, has assumed the duties of chief operations officer, while Larry Lott, principal and president, has the added title of chief innovations officer.
Vice Presidents Chris Horton and Lou Allevato continue to serve on the HFA board of directors.
Sam Annable and Jack Reilly, licensed architects, have been promoted to senior associates in the Fayetteville office of Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects.
Annable joined the firm in 2011 and has worked on the 21c Museum Hotel & Parking Deck and a variety of projects for the University of Arkansas.
Reilly joined the firm in 2010 and has worked on UA projects and the Walton Arts Center’s renovation and expansion.
Sara Mortimore has been named vice president of global food safety compliance by Walmart Inc. of Bentonville, effective May 13.
Mortimore joins Walmart from Land O’Lakes, where she was vice president of product safety, quality and regulatory affairs.
S. Richard Levin, who practices in the Fayetteville office of the Hall Estill law firm, was recently named a recognized practitioner in the real estate practice area by the law firm and attorney ranking guide Chambers USA.
