Remember when we told you about a pending sale that is transforming farmland into an ecommerce development in North Little Rock?
The assembly of nearly 110 acres for Amazon.com’s fulfillment center closed at more than $2.7 million.
AZ Little Rock AR Landlord LLC, an affiliate of SunTrust Equity Funding of Atlanta, acquired 97 acres for more than $1.7 million and 12.7 acres for $1 million.
The big tract was sold by Tulip Farms Inc., led by Jimmy Winemiller.
The other parcel was sold by TRL Properties LLC, led by Rick Vassar.
