Denali Water Solutions LLC of Russellville, through its wholly-owned subsidiary WeCare Denali LLC, has acquired Madden Brothers Inc.’s compost, mulch and soil operations in Brunswick, Ohio.
WeCare Denali produces compost, mulch and soil products from recycled waste for the landscaping, construction and agricultural industries. Madden Brothers makes compost, mulch, topsoil and custom blends from recycled leaves, wood, brush and food waste.
The deal follows Denali Water Solutions acquiring the stock of Veris Environmental LLC of Limon, Colorado, and AWS Dredge LLC of Smithfield, Utah, in October.
“Our purpose is to make the world a better place by handling waste responsibly. Joining forces with a team as respected as Madden Brothers aligns with our values and goals to expand our high-quality products and service offerings to our valued customers across the United States,” Jeffrey LeBlanc, president of Denali Water Solutions, said in a news release.
WeCare Denali said the deal reinforces its expertise in operating and managing compost facilities in the United States and strengthens the leadership position of its WeCare Compost brands.
Owner Brian Madden and the entire Madden Brothers team will join WeCare Denali as part of the transaction.
“As WeCare Denali LLC leads the movement in developing and delivering next-generation environmentally conscious waste management solutions, we couldn’t be more excited,” Madden said. “We welcome the opportunity to help support the company’s growing ecosystem of resource sustainability across the nation.”
