Diego Quinones has been named state director of Latino engagement for the Democratic Party of Arkansas.
Quinones, who graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s in history, has served with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute in Washington and the Arkansas United Community Coalition in Springdale.
Skye Martin and Jim McLarty have been appointed to the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission.
Martin practices law in Little Rock, and McLarty practices in Newport.
Brian Clary, Dave Dickson, Hillis Schild, Sainabou Sonko and Stacey Pectol have been appointed to the Arkansas Access to Justice Foundation, which funds the Center for Arkansas Legal Services and Legal Aid of Arkansas.
Clary is senior deputy prosecutor for the 22nd Judicial District, Dickson serves as president of Union Bank & Trust Co. in Monticello, Schild is community affairs manager at Regions Bank, Sonko is an associate at Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard, and Pectol is clerk of the Arkansas Supreme Court and Arkansas Court of Appeals.
