Dixon Moves to Bank OZK as SVP (Movers & Shakers)

Jeff Dixon has been hired as the senior vice president and employee benefits manager at Bank OZK in Little Rock. His responsibilities include helping private sector, nonprofit and governmental employers with design, implementation and administration of employee benefits.

Dixon will be taking charge of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. In addition to his other duties, he will also assist clients with individual retirement account management as well as estate planning with retirement plan assets.

“The tax and legal complexities of employee benefit plans require specialized knowledge and skills,” said Jennifer Junker, the managing director of the trust and wealth division at Bank OZK. “We look forward to putting Jeff’s expertise to work for Bank OZK clients.”

Dixon brings 30 years of experience in the employee benefits, legal and tax areas to Bank OZK. Bank OZK conducts operations at more than 250 offices in 10 states including Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, Alabama, New York, California and Mississippi.

Dixon is a native Arkansan. He previously worked as a tax and employee benefits lawyer at Eichenbaum Liles PA. He studied at the University of Arkansas for both his bachelor’s and law degrees. Dixon also obtained a master’s in law in taxation from the University of Florida in Gainesville.

Rhonda McKay, Angie Hooker, Leah Massey and Lisa Davis have received promotions at Citizens Bank in Batesville.

McKay, who previously worked as vice president and call center manager, was promoted to vice president and product service specialist. She will assist in the creation of the new product services department.

Hooker was promoted from assistant vice president in loan operations to vice president and loan operations manager. Massey has been promoted to lead loan officer. Davis was promoted to vice president and senior compliance officer.


Sean Williams

Sean Williams has been promoted to chief retail banking officer at First Financial Bank in Wynne.

Previously market president for northeast Arkansas, Williams will retain responsibility for that market as well as additional responsibilities for the entire retail footprint in Arkansas and Mississippi.
