Odessa Darrough has been named state president of AARP Arkansas, the nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that represents people aged 50 and older. Darrough previously spent 33 years with AT&T Inc., where she served in management roles in the human resources department.


Jamie Cathey has been hired as sports sales manager at Visit Bentonville. She has 20 years of experience in recreation, special events and public administration. She previously served as park manager at Richland County Recreation Commission in Columbia, South Carolina.

Jamie Huffman Jones has been elected the president-elect designee of the Arkansas Bar Association. She is a partner in the litigation practice group at Friday Eldredge & Clark PLLC.


Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard PLLC of Little Rock has hired Christina Chen, Anna Cunningham, Abby Hart, Erica N. Linville and Shadai N. Walker as associates for the firm.
