The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $1.7 million from Midland States Bank of Effingham, Illinois.
The 1.08-acre development was bought for $2 million in July 1996 from Hawkins-Smith Fairpark of Boise, Idaho.

A 49,150-SF warehouse in south Pulaski County tipped the scales at $800,000.
Halligan 3 LLC of Bergenfield, New Jersey, acquired the 2300 E. 145th St. project, which includes an adjoining 2,400-SF warehouse. The seller is Clifton Family LLLP, led by Norman Clifton.
The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $650,000 from Relyance Bank of White Hall.
Clifton Family purchased the 6.86-acre development for $307,000 in August 2015 from Century Industries Inc. of Greenville, Mississippi.
Budget Purchase
A 74-unit mini-storage project and more in North Little Rock drew a $700,000 transaction.
S&T Leasing LLC bought the Budget Storage and the 11,160-SF Budget Transmission facility at 5401 MacArthur Drive. The limited liability company is owned by the Thomas Family Trust, led by Anthony Thomas.
The seller is G&T Leasing LLC, led by Ronnie Tanner. The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $700,000 from First Service Bank of Greenbrier.
The 2.4-acre property was assembled in deals with William Stoll Jr. and his wife, Reba, $100,000 in February 1988; and Reba Stoll, $73,000 in August 2005.

Jacksonville’s First Arkansas Bank & Trust recovered the 1041-51 Lantrip Road project from Linrock Management Inc., led by Kurt, Todd and Joan Luth.
The 0.82-acre development was tied to a December 2017 mortgage of $347,089 held by First Arkansas.
Linrock bought the project for $525,000 in September 2008 from Little Rock’s One Bank & Trust.

Bell & Eads Investments LLC, led by Whitt Bell and Erin Eads, purchased the Jacksonville-Cabot Veterinary Clinic at 6610 John Harden Drive.
The sellers are Vaughn John Harden Drive Properties LLC and Carl Rodney Vaughn DVM PA Inc., both led by Carl Vaughn.
The deal is funded with a 15-year loan of $350,000 from the John O. & Paulette B. Lewis Living Trust.
The 1.44-acre development was acquired for $360,000 in April 2016 from the trust.
