ACP 109 Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Atlas Capital Partners in Scottsdale, Arizona, purchased the Circle K at 109 N. Chester St. The seller is MCL Investments LLC, led by Eddie Bailey.
The deal is backed with a 10-year loan of $3.1 million from TruStone Financial Credit Union of Plymouth, Minnesota.
MCL acquired the 0.66-acre site for $1 million in April 2022 from Little Rock’s Bank OZK.
Fitness Acquisition

Genesis Health Clubs North LR LLC of Wichita, Kansas, bought the North Little Rock Athletic Club at 3804 McCain Park Drive from Little Rock Athletic Centers LLC, led by Frank Lawrence.
The 2-acre development was acquired in April 2013 as part of an $18.8 million deal with Riley’s Health & Fitness Centers Inc., led by Pat Riley Jr.
Riley’s purchased the project for $1.2 million in September 1998 from Simmons First National Bank of Russellville.
Office Purchase
A 7,168-SF office building in North Little Rock rang up an $840,000 sale.
Dream Big LLC, led by Tara Beebe, acquired the 6 Parkstone Circle project from Two Rays Holdings LLC, led by Ray and Rhonda Sylvester.
The 1.04-acre development is helping secure a 25-year loan of $1.1 million from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville. Two Rays also provided a 10-year mortgage of $150,000 to finance the deal.
Two Rays bought the property for $677,225 in July 2015 from Jerry and Karen Herrod.
Baseline Square

The deal is backed with a 10-year loan of $500,000 from Paragould’s First National Bank.
Nubridge recovered the 7.7-acre development from PQCKT LLC of Springfield, Missouri, in March 2024 at a $3 million foreclosure sale.

Shane Smith Properties LLC bought Rafferty Liquor at 13328 Interstate 30 from Willie Aaron Jones Family Ltd., led by Beverly Steed. W.A. Jones purchased the 1.02-acre site in May 1976 as part of a $193,000 deal with Green Acre Trailer Sales No. 3 Inc. and Green Acres Mobile Homes Inc., both led by Robert and Betty Keathley.
Deauville Place
A 6,263-SF home in west Little Rock’s Deauville Place neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.49 million.
Peter Lindley acquired the house from Jack and Valerie Nunnery. The deal is funded with a 15-year loan of $1.4 million from Arvest Bank.

Moman Bates III and his wife, Sherlyn, bought the house from James and Melodye Crosland.
