This week’s installment of million-dollar real estate transactions starts with a downtown Little Rock hotel.

RILR River Market LLC, led by Bhavin Sharolia, paid $11.27 million for the 107-room Residence Inn Marriott at 219 River Market Ave. in downtown Little Rock.

Seller: SREIT RI Little Rock Propco LLC, an affiliate of Starwood Property Trust in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Pender ABL I OW LLC, an affiliate of Pender Capital in Los Angeles, recovered the 80-unit Normandy Place apartment complex at 7111 Indiana Ave. in a $5.1 million foreclosure sale.

Former owner: TMF Normandy Holdings LLC, an affiliate of Think Multifamily in Frisco, Texas.

Alpha Holdings LLC, led by Boyce Holmes and Tyler Turchi, sold 54 apartments at 223 N. Taylor St., 5503 B St., 5510 A St., 5516 A St. and 5518 A St. for more than $3.2 million.

Buyer? Lanai Apartments LLC, led by Albert Mendelsohn and Arek Boynerian.

8026 Rains Property LLC, an affiliate of Malvern’s Central Arkansas Petroleum Inc., bought the namesake address of the 15,010-SF Seahawk Transport office-warehouse complex in North Little Rock for more than $1.7 million.

Seller? Diamond State Oil LLC, an affiliate of North Little Rock’s Coulson Oil Co.
