► Alpha Holdings LLC, led by Boyce Holmes and Tyler Turchi, sold 54 apartments at 223 N. Taylor St., 5503 B St., 5510 A St., 5516 A St. and 5518 A St. for more than $3.2 million.

► 8026 Rains Property LLC, an affiliate of Malvern’s Central Arkansas Petroleum Inc., bought the namesake address of the 15,010-SF Seahawk Transport office-warehouse complex in North Little Rock for more than $1.7 million.
