Downtown Little Rock To Get New Restaurant, Lounge

1 min read

A new restaurant and lounge is on its way to downtown Little Rock.

Tiecy Cotton of Little Rock plans to open Utopia Restaurant & Lounge on Nov. 17 at 521 Center St., around the corner from fine dining restaurant Lulav.

Cotton is leasing her location, which formerly housed Mediums Art Lounge, from Lulav owner Matt Lile.
The second story of Utopia’s future home is currently being built out, and the facility should seat up to 150 people once the renovations are completed, Cotton said.

Cotton’s target audience for Utopia is young professionals who want to enjoy happy hour without the smoky atmosphere of other downtown choices, she said.

The restaurant will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner on weekdays, and will open at noon on Saturdays and Sundays.

A full bar, live music and dancing are among Cotton’s plans for the joint.
