Real estate associated with single-family dwellings provides the theme for this week’s installment of million-dollar real estate transactions.

► 23 downtown apartments owned by Tuf-Nut Lofts LLC, led by Jimmy Moses and Rett Tucker, sold its namesake project at 423 E. Third St. in downtown Little Rock for $2.6 million.

Buyer: Tuf-Nut Partners LLC, led by Darshan Patel, Rocky Govind, Nayan Nagin, Chris Moses, Greyson Skokos, George Friedman, Dave Bruning and Doug Meyer.

► Rausch Coleman Homes Little Rock LLC of Fayetteville bought 61 improved residential lots in Maumelle’s Cypress Bend at White Oak Crossing subdivision for more than $2.9 million from Im Development LLC, led by Steven Im.

► Hunter and Dustin East sold a 6,659-SF home in the Palisade Estates neighborhood of Cammack Village for $2.4 million to CMJ Family Trust, led by Christopher and Meredith Johnson.

► The Will & Rachel Ford Family Trust purchased a 6,393-SF home in the Cameronwood neighborhood of west Pulaski County for $2 million. The nearly 13.2-acre spread was sold by Overton Family Revocable Trust, led by Ford and Stephanie Overton.

► Jeff Fuller Homes LLC sold a 4,970-SF home in Little Rock’s Forest Heights neighborhood to Casey Mikula and Rebecca Roden for $1.7 million.

► Kale and Megan Ludwig acquired a 3,523-SF home in Little Rock’s Country Club Heights neighborhood for more than $1.1 million. Seller: Zeus Capital LLC, led by Will Ford.

► The Joseph S. Konrad & Megan M. Chang Living Trust sold a 3,304-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock to the Bradley E. Smith Revocable Trust for $1 million.
