The transformative work of local developer Keith Richardson continues at the Little Rock office tower originally known as the Worthen Bank Building and more recently cast as the Bank of America Plaza.

Soon, the new 200 West name will be installed on his 24-story investment. Richardson expects the signage to join the downtown skyline by the end of October.
“We’re not branding to any one tenant but to all the tenants who share this address,” he said.
Richardson is three months into the massive eight-month task to waterproof the building’s 550 windows. It’s part of his added financial commitment to the property that has grown from an $8 million acquisition to more than $10 million.
“We’ve just got all done updating all the mechanicals,” he said. “We’re still doing a lot of things with our common areas. We’re really happy with where we are a year into purchasing the building.”
