Dr. Joy Skaug has joined St. Bernards First Care Clinic in Jonesboro as a family medicine physician. Skaug recently completed her residency training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences-Northeast in Jonesboro and is also a member of St. Bernards Medical Group and St. Bernards Healthcare Associated Regional Providers.
Dr. Shelly Gibbs has joined the CHI St. Vincent Women’s Clinic in Little Rock as a new physician.
Dr. Thurston Bauer has been hired as a new physician at the CHI St. Vincent Cardiovascular Surgery Clinic in Little Rock. He completed his residency in integrated cardiothoracic surgery at the University of North Carolina.
Laci Richards and Kate Chagnon have been hired at the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement in Little Rock, Richards as an administrative analyst and Chagnon as a technical editor and writer.
Richards was previously an administrative specialist at the Arkansas Department of Education, and Chagnon recently worked as programming and outreach coordinator at Central Arkansas Library System’s Butler Center for Arkansas Studies.
Michael Knox also has been hired at the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement as assistant director for population health.
Dr. Sarah Duda has joined Sparks Medical Clinic in Fort Smith. Duda will perform gynecological procedures and other primary care procedures at the walk-in clinic.
