Drew Smith Moves Up at Windstream (Movers & Shakers)

Drew Smith has been named senior vice president of financial planning and assistant treasurer for Windstream Inc. in Little Rock.

Smith has been the senior vice president of corporate financial planning and business development since May 2017, roles in which he will continue to serve along with his new duties. He has also served in senior leadership roles in access management, carrier relations and service delivery.

Smith graduated from the University of Central Arkansas and is a certified public accountant.

Jessica Johnston-Myers has been named chief operating officer for RaftUp Technologies in Little Rock.

Johnston-Myers was previously the director of programs and operations for the Venture Center.

Carolina Cruz-Neira of Little Rock has been elected to the National Academy of Engineering.

Cruz-Neira is one of the inventors of the Cave Automatic Virtual Environment and is director of the Emerging Analytics Center and interim chair of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
