Duluth Trading Co. of Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin, a growing lifestyle brand for “the modern, self-reliant American,” will celebrate Thursday the grand opening of its first-ever Arkansas location and 30th anniversary of the brand with a ribbon cutting ceremony and professional lumberjack shows.
A spokeswoman for the company declined to disclose financial details of the project.
The new store at 3200 S. 27th St. in Rogers is 15,656 SF, with 11,604 SF of selling space. It will be open from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday.
KTJ-DTC 324 LLC, an affiliate of Oppidan Investment Co., a property development firm in Minnesota, bought the property in September for $895,000.
The seller was AGG Investments LLC, according to real estate records.
