Freshly baked cornbread is on the menu at Early Bird, open at Kavanaugh and University Avenue in Little Rock’s Heights neighborhood.
Early Bird occupies the space that formerly housed Korean restaurant Seoul.
The Southern-accented menu is written on a blackboard daily and includes breakfast-brunch staples such as egg dishes and pancakes as well as salads and other light items for lunch.
There are spicy Bloody Marys, mimosas and white wines by the glass as well as coffee beverages. The outdoor seating area is open.
Early Bird opened in late April. Hours will be around 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday. For information call (501) 227-7222.
