East Harding Construction Promotes Two (Movers & Shakers)

Shawn Carroll has been promoted to senior vice president of operations at East Harding Construction in Little Rock, and Nathan Kerr has been promoted to manager of field operations.

Carroll, who joined East Harding in 2006, is a LEED-accredited professional. Kerr, who also joined the company in 2006, is a Green Advantage Certified Practitioner.

Richard Geraci of Brown Engineers LLC and Charley Penix of Cromwell Architects Engineers, both of Little Rock, W. Kent Ingram Jr. of Razorback Concrete Co. of West Memphis and Bruce McFadden of Improved Construction Methods of Jacksonville will be inducted into the Arkansas Construction Hall of Fame on April 28.

Bobby Roberts, the recently retired director of the Central Arkansas Library System, will receive the new Champion of the Industry Award. James Meyer of WER Architects Planners in Little Rock will receive the Emerging Professional Award.
