East Pulaski County Farmland Sells for $4.9MLock Icon

This week’s string of million-dollar real estate transactions kicks off with farmland in east Pulaski County.

► Farm2Market LLC of Brentwood, Tennessee, paid $4.9 million for more than 775 acres in east Pulaski County.

The farmland near the southwest corner of Wayne and Clear Lake Toltec roads was sold by MAIA Arkansas Farms LLC of Wilton, Connecticut.

► Akshar 4 LLC of Southlake, Texas, bought a piece of west Little Rock’s Promenade at Chenal for more than $3.9 million.

Who sold the 8,880-SF building at 17801 Chenal Parkway, home to an AT&T store, GolfTec and Gardolfo’s Deli? Chenal Promenade LLC, an affiliate of HDA Properties of Los Angeles.

► Ruth Mariani sold a 6,069-SF house in west Little Rock’s Sologne Circle neighborhood to the Sophia Ram Trust for $1.6 million.

► RCF Corp., led by Robert Fain, acquired a 7,980-SF office building at 20 Rahling Road in west Little Rock for more than $1.5 million.

Seller: Shollmier LLC, led by Tracy Shollmier-Abston.

► 7B Partners II NLR LLC, led by Jeff Kemp, sold a 2,892-SF former U.S. Bank branch at 7001 JFK Blvd. in North Little Rock for more than $1.3 million.

Buyer: 7B Ground North Little Rock AR LLC, an affiliate of Jared Commercial in Springfield, Missouri.

► Leon Catlett II and his wife, Roxanne, purchased a 4,077-SF house in the Heights area of Little Rock from Todd and Stephanie Stewart for more than $1.1 million.

► The James D. Marsh Living Trust and the Susan K. Marsh Living Trust sold a 4,936-SF house in west Little Rock’s Hickory Creek neighborhood to Richard and Katherine Hughes for more than $1.1 million.
