East Village Brewery Seeks $4.5M Planning Permit

900 E. Ninth St. in Little Rock

► A brewery-restaurant at 900 E. Ninth St. in Little Rock sought a planning permit in November for $4.5 million.

The owner of the property, previously a Mr. Suds Detailing, is Southern Dog Holdings LLC of Little Rock, according to the county assessor’s office. Southern Dog also owns property at 910 E. Ninth and at 924 E. Ninth. The properties were assembled in deals totaling $523,800.

Southern Dog’s president is Brent Cryder, according to the Arkansas secretary of state’s office. Efforts to reach Cryder were unsuccessful as of press time.
