• Paul and Sabrina Mangum bought a 4,478-SF home in the Edgehill neighborhood for $1.47 million.

• Stephen and Sara Daugherty purchased the Truck Pro project at 1201 Baucum Industrial Drive in North Little Rock for $1.46 million from Baucum LLC, led by John Burnett.
• The Jett H. Ricks Living Trust sold 13.7 acres near the southwest corner of Cantrell and Katillius roads for $1.25 million.
The buyer, C.J. Pace Construction LLC, led by James Pace, intends to develop the residential land as part of its 30-lot Georgeanne Estates project.
• JFK Land LLC, led by Rick Ashley, sold the former Harvest Foods store at 7725 Hwy. 107 for $1.2 million.
The new owner, DT Real Estate LLC, led by Rory Thompson and Kyle Dalton, will convert the 43,798-SF building to warehouse use.
• Jauss Living Trust, led by Steven and Kewen Jauss, acquired a 5,582-SF Hillcrest manor for $1.08 million. Seller: Robert and Josephine Covington.
