A 128-room motel in southwest Little Rock attracted a $1.7 million sale.
Sargam Hospitality Inc. of Irving, Texas, purchased the Motel 6 at 7501 Interstate 30 from G6 Hospitality Property LLC, an affiliate of Blackstone Real Estate Investors of New York.
A 10,176-SF office-retail project in west Little Rock hosted a $1.5 million transaction.
Roach Exchange Holdings LLC, led by Gary Roach, acquired Kanis Plaza at 10809 Kanis Road.
The trio of sellers included Haybar Group LLC, led by Bryan Hosto, and two limited liability companies led by Isaac Smith: KP Little Rock and KP Little Rock II.
Over in Sherwood, Realty Income Properties 25 LLC of Escondido, Calif., bought a 1.5-acre commercial property at 17805 Batesville Pike for $1.2 million.
It was sold by PB General Holdings (Sherwood) LLC, led by Leonard Boen.
