FNBC Bank of Ash Flat has hired Edward Haddock to lead its small business division.
Haddock comes to FNBC Bank after working for more than 10 years at the U.S. Small Business Administration. In the agency’s Arkansas district, he oversaw training and development of all facets of SBA lending in the Arkansas market. His role included the development of local, state and national strategic partnerships and joint businesses planning for entrepreneurial support organizations. Under his leadership, the SBA delivered more than $7 billion in pandemic relief loans across the district, FNBC Bank said in a news release.
In his new role, Haddock will be tasked with growing FNBC Bank’s small business portfolio and recruiting and developing a team to achieve that goal.
“Edward’s experience, knowledge and leadership will provide
so much value for our existing and prospective small business clients as they look to expand an existing business or finally launch the business they’ve dreamed of opening,” Marty Sellars, CEO of FNBC Bank, said in the release.
Haddock has a master’s in business administration with a concentration in finance from Rutgers University.
