The Vestal family’s ownership dates back to September 1972 and a $275,000 buy from William and Jamie Bushman and Lawrence and Mary Witherspoon.

The seller is 8701 Maumelle LLC, led by Mohammad Honarmand.
The deal is backed with a 20-year loan of $562,500 from First National Bank of Paragould.
The 1.35-acre development was tied to a July 2016 mortgage of $425,000 held by J.N.H.L.M. Inc., led by David Jones.
8701 Maumelle LLC purchased the closed Citgo for $500,000 from the corporation more than four years ago.

The apartments were linked with a November 2013 mortgage of $166,727 held by Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.
The property was purchased for $228,000 in November 2003 from Crescent Capital Investments LLC, led by Wes Crank.
