► SEP Little Rock ASC LLC, an affiliate of Stage Equity Partners of Skokie, Illinois, purchased the 9,969-SF Endoscopy Center of Arkansas at 1024 N. University Ave. for more than $3.2 million.

Seller? KDMB University Properties LLC, led by Dr. Dean Kumpuris.

► Snipe Point Holdings LLC, led by Guarionex Decastro, sold a 33,692-SF mixed-use commercial project at 1203-1205 S. University Ave. in midtown Little Rock for $1.4 million.

Buyer: Dukan Holding LLC, led by Dadiqu Ali and Murad Mandani.

► Arban Investment Properties LLC, led by Mohammad Rahman, Nick Chowdhury and Ansanul Huq, bought the 30-unit Indian Villa Apartments at 7700 Indian Trail Road in Little Rock for $1.3 million.

► AM Ventures LLC, led by Lori McGhee, sold an 8,508-SF office building at 1429 Merrill Drive in west Little Rock for $1.2 million.
