Entrepreneurship for All Receives $700K Grant From Walton Foundation

1 min read

Economic and social nonprofit Entrepreneurship for All announced that it has received a $700,000 grant from the Walton Family Foundation that supports its location in northwest Arkansas for another two years.

The grant will be used to support the organization’s English and Spanish language entrepreneurship program operations in 2023 and 2024. Since the launch of the site in March 2021, EforAll and its Spanish language offering, EparaTodos, have helped launch 28 businesses in the region, the nonprofit said in a news release. Women own 88% of those businesses; 74% are owned by Black and Indigenous people of color.

“As EforAll works to lower barriers to drive inclusive entrepreneurship throughout Northwest Arkansas, we want to thank business and community leaders who have supported the program’s growth in our first year,” Rodrigo Salas, executive director at EforAll Northwest Arkansas, said in the release.

EforAll’s Northwest Arkansas Winter 2023 Business Accelerator program starts in January 2023. Applications due October 27.
