Envirotech Vehicles Inc. of Osceola has hired Jay Raber as national sales manager.
Raber has more than 40 years of experience in auto sales, most recently as regional sales manager of GreenPower Motor Company Inc. of Vancouver, an electric bus manufacturer.
He has also been the regional sales manager for Canadian bus manufacturer Prevost and the senior director of Coach USA, one of the largest transportation companies in the U.S.
Envirotech CEO Phillip Oldridge said Raber’s experience can help the publicly traded company unlock new business opportunities and support continued sales growth.
“Jay is a proven leader with an impressive skill set, and we look forward to benefitting from his experience as a seasoned veteran of the automotive sales industry,” Oldridge said.
Envirotech reported rising year-over-year sales in the second quarter and expanded marketing efforts.
In Arkansas, the company has selected DaVinci Innovations of Jonesboro as its first dealer.
